To be eligible, you must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, own your home, and it must be your primary residence. You must also complete a pre-retrofit energy evaluation.

We check air sealing, and perform air leakage identification. Thermal imaging is conducted, if applicable (up to 2 hours on site). A Mid-Construction Compliance Report is provided after modelling is complete with summary of findings and recommendations.
Eligible retrofits include solar & batterty stoage, insulation, windows and doors, heat pumps, air sealing, and more—as long as they are recommended in your energy evaluation.
