We check every project to see if it’s already meeting Step 4, or what it would take to meet Step 4 so incentives can be claimed whenever possible. $15,000 per door is available through Fortis BC for reacing Step 4, $20,000 for reaching Step 5 (some conditions apply).

Integrated Design Process
Our firm is certified in Integrated Design Process.. A choice to perform an Integrated Design is a choice to save on cost and hiccups that happen when a design is too compartmentalized and components that interrelate, are planned completely independently.
